Candidate Pool

Get personalized job listings when you join our Candidate Pool. We’ll review your resume and determine the kinds of positions that are the best match for your goals and qualifications. And then we’ll send you personalized job listings whenever we have a position that matches your expertise. It’s as simple as that!

Why Us?

We specialize in education and nonprofits: We understand all the nuances of your world — from what employers are looking for to how to be an effective manager. And our coaches can coach the work because they have all done the work as teachers, school leaders, district leaders, nonprofit leaders, and more.

We have a vast network: We’re always learning about new organizations and opportunities. And we’re always thinking about which ones might be the perfect fit for your interests, goals, and expertise. Let us make some introductions!

We’re committed to equity and inclusion: We recognize the power dynamics that talent management systems perpetuate, and we aim to disrupt that cycle. So we use our knowledge and expertise to provide greater access to opportunity for members of marginalized communities. That means more diverse teams, welcoming workplaces where you want to work for the long term, and high-functioning organizations that truly achieve their missions.

We love to help people thrive: We spend a lot of our lives at work, so we should all love what we do. We enjoy helping talented folks grow in meaningful ways and do meaningful work. And we share your urgency and the sense of purpose driving you to work in education.

How We Work

Learn: We’ll get to know each other and figure out what you need to be your best self at work. That involves asking about your goals, your background, the roadblocks you’ve faced in the past, and anything else that seems relevant.

Support: Once you’re in the Candidate Pool, we’ll send you personalized job listings. If you sign up for a coaching engagement, we’ll work together to help you develop new skills and mindsets that will move your career forward. Either way, we’ll be your biggest cheerleaders.

Feedback: We’ll make sure you’re on track to meet the goals you set for yourself. When you are, we’ll be the first people to congratulate you and give you virtual high fives. When there’s still work to do, we’ll work together to help you revise and retry. This honest and kind feedback cycle is what truly helps you move forward and improve.
