Maëlle is a coach, facilitator and consultant. As a coach, she works to support individuals to deepen their self-awareness and to create new approaches to meet their goals and find more fulfillment.
She brings over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, most recently as Turnaround for Children’s Vice President of People and Engagement, where she developed human resources policies and practices in the areas of recruitment, performance management, culture, and learning and development. She began her career in direct service, supporting predominantly immigrant communities in legal services, early childhood education, and micro-lending before working in consulting for nonprofits and grantmakers.
Maëlle received her master’s degree in public administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and her bachelor’s degree in political science from Davidson College. She is completing her coach training program through iPEC and working towards her accreditation through the International Coach Federation.
